Your Order is Complete Thank you for your payment and for ordering from GetOggz.com. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. If you have or created a PayPal account you may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction. Most orders will ship within a few days of receipt but some orders may longer. We do experience occasional temporary short term backorders for a week. If you have a need for delivery by a specific date please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to ensure delivery. Special needs or concerns: We encourage you to email us at sales@getOggz.com if you've noted any special needs in the comments on your order. Shipping: Your order will usually ship via USPS postal services but alternate carriers such as UPS or FedEx may be be used at our discretion. Tracking: We add shipping tracking info to your PayPal transaction for most shipments and most orders receive tracking information by email when your package ships. Please note that the USPS tracking system is a little different than other carriers and a USPS package may show no scans in transit or may only be scanned at delivery confirmation. Returns: Manufacturer warranties are offered on products we ship and the manufacturer is responsible for handling the warranty in any cases where the product arrives in a working condition. We will replace any DOA shipment or refund the order if we cannot replace it. Please contact us for a RMA before mailing any returns. Any other returns require that the product be returned in unopened condition and returned within 30 days of shipment. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on non defective returns. Refunds are issued minus actual cost of shipping and handling from us and . Please contact us for a RMA before mailing any returns. Cancellations: We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed unless this is due to our inability to fill the order. Once an order has been placed it may have already been processed and prepped to ship, or dispatched to ship by a third party.
